1. Assist the Boutique Manager in delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Provide product knowledge and advice to clients.
3. Assist with administrative tasks such as updating client databases and submitting sales reports.
4. Ensure the boutique is kept in an orderly and attractive manner.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
6. Assist in resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
7. Provide updates on product availability and promotions.
8. Assist in training and development of sales staff.
9. Follow Harry Winston policies and procedures.
10. Ensure compliance with all retail regulations.
