1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
2. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet/exceed goals.
3. Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
4. Ensure store is properly staffed at all times and schedule team members accordingly.
5. Set and maintain a high standard of visual merchandising, in line with company guidelines.
6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new trends and fashion industry developments.
8. Assist in managing inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular stock counts and audits.
9. Lead by example and foster a positive and motivating work environment for all team members.
10. Address any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
11. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
12. Follow and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
13. Assist in conducting performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
14. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
15. Represent the GUESS brand and uphold its reputation for fashion and innovation at all times.
