Extensive Experience Conducting User Research In A Fast-Paced, Data-Driven Environment, Preferably In The Food Delivery Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Leading And Executing Complex Research Projects From Ideation To Final Deliverables, With A Strong Focus On Improving The User Experience.
In-Depth Knowledge Of A Variety Of User Research Methods, Including But Not Limited To Usability Testing, Surveys, Interviews, And Ethnographic Research.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Research Findings And Recommendations To Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
