Sustainability Analyst

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about sustainability and has a comprehensive understanding of sustainability principles, practices, and metrics.The Sustainability Analyst is responsible for developing and overseeing Genesys' sustainability strategy, practices, and initiatives. This includes conducting research, gathering and analyzing data, and optimizing sustainability performance. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a deep knowledge of sustainability principles, and the ability to develop and implement innovative strategies and solutions. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision. They should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically about sustainability issues. The Sustainability Analyst should also be able to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders and have a strong commitment to promoting sustainable practices.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability studies, or a related field• At least 3 years of experience working in a sustainability-related role• Comprehensive knowledge of sustainable development practices, policies, and metrics• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills• Ability to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders• Strong commitment to promoting sustainable practices
