6. Coordinate and facilitate support groups and educational programs for residents and their families.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care plans and progress.
8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in social services and implement them within the organization.
9. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations and policies related to social services.
10. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for team members, promoting professional growth and development.
