  1. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing measurement strategy for General Motors, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision making and optimize marketing efforts.
  2. Manage and mentor a team of marketing analysts and researchers, providing guidance and support in utilizing advanced analytics tools and techniques to measure marketing effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Finance to identify key business questions and develop measurement plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  4. Utilize a variety of data sources and tools to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  5. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in marketing measurement methodologies, and continuously evaluate and improve processes and tools to ensure the most accurate and effective measurement practices.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for marketing measurement initiatives.
  7. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, both verbally and through visual presentations, to inform and influence business decisions.
  8. Manage the budget and resources allocated to marketing measurement projects, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on marketing measurement, providing guidance and training to teams across the organization to increase data literacy and understanding of measurement methodologies.
  10. Drive a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization, promoting the use of data to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.
