Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store premises and merchandise to identify any suspicious activities or potential theft.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Investigate incidents of theft or potential theft and take appropriate action.
4. Prepare incident reports and other documents as needed.
5. Monitor security cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect any suspicious activities.
6. Maintain a presence at the store entrance and exits to deter and prevent shoplifting.
7. Work closely with store management, loss prevention personnel, and other staff to ensure store safety and security.
8. Remain updated on new security technologies and procedures.
9. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
