  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to design and launch new alternative investment products.
  4. Monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
  5. Stay current on industry developments and regulations related to alternative investments and incorporate them into product strategies.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and industry partners.
  7. Prepare and present product proposals and business cases to senior management.
  8. Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to execute product development initiatives.
  9. Develop and manage product budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful product launches.
  10. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive product innovation.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective marketing and sales strategies for alternative investment products.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product development team.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  14. Provide training and support to internal teams on alternative investment products and strategies.
  15. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our alternative investment offerings.
