Job Description

Provide support and ongoing administration to all aspects of Human Resources technical tools. Provide analytics to any/all areas of HR and interfacing departments/organizations. Participate in designing, building, and implementation of system updates and new tools. Identify business process changes within the HCM system, which increases efficiency and improves user acceptance and overall experience. Provide support for HRMS, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or necessary process improvements. Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools.

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficient working knowledge and understanding of HR

  • Minimum 3 years of HR technical experience
