Oracle HCM Human Resource Solutions Analyst

Coordinate and manage cross functional solutions across all HCM modules (Core HR/Org, Performance, Compensation, Reporting and Analytics, etc.) Perform deep requirements gathering and documentation sessions. Architect and scope functional end solutions that mitigate risk to downstream systems. Lead end to end testing for deployment of these solutions. Work with third party systems and vendors to more deeply integrate and personalize employee experiences across the HR application stack (Benefits Carriers, Financial Institutions, Payroll, etc.).
