  1. Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and pipefitting systems in various Ford Motor locations in Southeast Michigan.
  2. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing and pipefitting issues, and develop effective solutions.
  4. Work collaboratively with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
  5. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all work performed.
  6. Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
  7. Communicate effectively with supervisors and project managers to provide updates and discuss any challenges or concerns.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in plumbing and pipefitting.
  9. Train and mentor apprentices and new team members as needed.
  10. Represent Ford Motor in a professional and positive manner at all times.
