Welcome to Foot Locker! We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Lead. As a Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.   1. Drive Sales: The Sales Lead will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by utilizing their strong sales skills and product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell to customers.
  2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: The Sales Lead will ensure that all customers are greeted and assisted in a friendly and timely manner, and that their needs are met to the best of their ability. They will also handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  3. Lead and Motivate Team: The Sales Lead will be responsible for motivating and leading the sales team to ensure they are delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals. They will also provide coaching and training to team members to improve their sales skills.
  4. Brand Ambassador: The Sales Lead will be passionate about the Foot Locker brand and will be responsible for promoting and representing the brand in a positive and professional manner.
  5. Monitor and Maintain Store Operations: The Sales Lead will assist the Store Manager in ensuring that the store is well-maintained, fully stocked, and visually appealing at all times. They will also assist with inventory management and loss prevention.
  6. Drive Product Knowledge: The Sales Lead will stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new arrivals and current trends, and will share this information with the sales team to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  7. Meet and Exceed Goals: The Sales Lead will be responsible for setting and achieving individual and team sales goals, while also contributing to the overall success of the store.
  8. Handle Cash and Transactions: The Sales Lead will be responsible for handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, while following all company policies and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with Management: The Sales Lead will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to discuss sales strategies, store performance, and customer feedback.
