Job Description

  1. Oversee and mentor a team of customer support representatives to ensure they are providing exceptional service to our customers.
  2. Train and onboard new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  3. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to help improve customer service skills.
  4. Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and provide guidance and support to team members in resolving them.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes.
  8. Handle difficult or escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  9. Create and maintain reports on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate and engage team members.
  11. Lead by example and demonstrate excellent customer service skills in all interactions.
  12. Act as a liaison between the customer support team and upper management to communicate important updates and changes.
  13. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in customer support processes.
  14. Stay up-to-date with company products and services to effectively assist customers and train team members.
  15. Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling, performance evaluations, and budget management for the customer support team.
