- Lead a team of support staff to provide exceptional customer service to all Five Below customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Train and supervise support staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and equipped to assist customers with their needs.
- Monitor customer interactions and provide guidance and feedback to support staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
- Act as a point of contact for any customer complaints or issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to accurately assist customers with their inquiries.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards customers and create a friendly and inviting atmosphere in the store.
- Continuously assess and improve the customer support processes and procedures to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Lead by example and demonstrate excellent customer service skills to inspire and motivate the support team.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Support Lead At Five Below Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Store Managers, And Corporate Leaders.
Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Support Lead Position Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Whether It Be In Retail, Customer Service, Or A Similar Industry. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide A Team To Achieve Goals And Objectives.
Problem-Solving Abilities: As A Support Lead, The Candidate Should Be Able To Think Critically And Come Up With Effective Solutions To Various Issues Or Challenges That May Arise In The Store. This Includes Handling Customer Complaints, Inventory Discrepancies, And Staffing Concerns.
Retail Experience: Five Below Is A Retail Store, So It Is Important For A Support Lead To Have Previous Experience In A Retail Environment. This Will Provide Them With A Strong Understanding Of The Company's Products, Processes, And Customer Service Standards.
