They should also be proficient with bank software and financial analysis, have impeccable customer service skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with business customers.

  4. Analyze customer requests and develop creative solutions.
  5. Monitor customer accounts for any discrepancies or new opportunities.
  6. Resolve customer disputes and complaints in a timely manner.
  7. Stay up to date with banking industry trends and regulations.
  8. Participate in training sessions and seminars to stay current on banking information.
  9. Prepare reports and documents to help customers make informed financial decisions.
  10. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
