  1. Design and develop complex, end-to-end data solutions for the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Lead and mentor junior data engineers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and apply them to enhance our data platform.
  5. Implement data quality and governance processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  7. Work closely with data analysts and data scientists to understand their data needs and provide data solutions to support their initiatives.
  8. Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data platform.
  9. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of data solutions.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and seek feedback.
  11. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  12. Document technical solutions and processes for easy understanding and future reference.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the data engineering team.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on data engineering and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  15. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of data solutions to ensure efficient and reliable data processing.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Or Related Roles.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Full Stack Development, Including Front-End And Back-End Technologies Such As Javascript, Python, Sql, And Nosql Databases.

  • Experience With Data Warehousing, Etl Processes, And Data Modeling.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Large Scale Data Solutions, Including Data Pipelines, Data Lakes, And Data Analytics Platforms.
