  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures for the asset management business in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  2. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the compliance program to identify and address potential areas of risk.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure the compliance program remains current and effective.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new compliance initiatives and processes.
  6. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance standards and best practices.
  7. Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or violations that arise.
  8. Communicate compliance updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance activities, including audits, reviews, and investigations.
  10. Act as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and manage any compliance-related inquiries or audits.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as legal and regulatory bodies, to stay informed about compliance requirements and industry standards.
  12. Identify potential areas for improvement in the compliance program and make recommendations for enhancements.
  13. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate compliance-related audits.
  14. Uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the compliance program to ensure it meets the needs of the business and remains effective.

Job Qualifications
  • 10+ Years Of Experience In Compliance Management, Preferably In The Asset Management Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Pertaining To Asset Management Compliance.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Prior Experience In Managing A Team Of Compliance Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Different Stakeholders And Effectively Convey Complex Compliance Issues.

  • A Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field; Additional Certifications Such As A Certified Regulatory And Compliance Professional (Crcp) Or Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Are A Plus.
