  1. Provide excellent customer service to all Family Dollar customers.
  2. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.
  5. Accurately process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and check payments.
  6. Answer phone calls and respond to emails from customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
  7. Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  8. Understand and effectively communicate information about Family Dollar products, promotions, and policies to customers.
