Job Description

Family Dollar is looking for a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Our Customer Service Representative will provide support to our customers in a timely manner while consistently demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and managing customer accounts in a courteous and friendly manner.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: a high school diploma or equivalent; minimum one year of customer service experience; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; and the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently. Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools is preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in an efficient and effective manner.
  3. Manage customer accounts in a courteous and friendly manner.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  5. Track customer orders and provide status updates as requested.
  6. Assist customers with product selection and ordering.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and troubleshooting solutions.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure that their needs have been met.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns.
  10. Utilize customer service software, databases, and tools to improve customer service operations.
