
Customer Service Representative
Family Dollar is looking for a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Our Customer Service Representative will provide support to our customers in a timely manner while consistently demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and managing customer accounts in a courteous and friendly manner.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: a high school diploma or equivalent; minimum one year of customer service experience; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; and the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently. Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools is preferred.
