Sales Associate

Express Inc is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of sales, and an enthusiasm for retail. Our Sales Associates are passionate about providing a unique and engaging shopping experience for our customers and must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.The successful candidate will be expected to have the following qualifications: strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in finding the products they need and provide them with helpful advice
2. Greet customers and answer any questions they may have about products or services
3. Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
4. Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are attractive and organized
5. Demonstrate knowledge of products and services and suggest additional items that may be of interest to customers
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area
7. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
8. Work in a team environment to achieve sales goals and objectives
9. Stay up to date with product information and promotions
