Service Now QA Lead

Ernst & Young is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Now QA Lead to join our team. We are looking for a person who is passionate about Quality Assurance and has a track record of success in testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a deep understanding of the Service Now platform. They will also be highly organized and have excellent communication skills.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on Service Now and an extensive knowledge of software testing principles. You should also have experience in developing and executing automated tests, have strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A background in Agile methodology is a plus.
