Legal Contracts Counsel, Technology and Managed Services

Reporting to the Senior Counsel of the Technology and Managed Services team, the Legal Contracts Counsel will provide legal advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on contractual matters. Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice on technology and managed services contracts to internal and external stakeholders.
2. Proactively identify legal risks and provide advice on how to navigate them.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate technology and managed services contracts.
4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on legal matters.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Monitor developments in the legal and regulatory environment to ensure contracts remain compliant.
7. Provide legal guidance to internal and external stakeholders in relation to technology and managed services contracts.
8. Research and analyze relevant legal issues and provide recommendations.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
10. Develop training and guidance materials on technology and managed services contracts.
