- Develop and implement a comprehensive total reward strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and supports employee retention and motivation.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to total rewards to ensure the company's offerings are competitive and compliant.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, finance, and leadership, to ensure total reward programs are effectively communicated and understood by employees.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of the company's total reward offerings to ensure they are competitive and in line with industry standards.
- Manage the company's total reward budget and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on total rewards, providing guidance and support to HR and leadership on compensation, benefits, and other reward programs.
- Create and implement policies and procedures related to total rewards to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the company's total reward offerings are cost-effective and high-quality.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of total reward programs and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
- Educate and train HR and leadership on total reward programs and their impact on employee satisfaction and engagement.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Total Rewards, Including Compensation, Benefits, And Recognition Programs.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Current Industry Trends And Best Practices In Total Rewards.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Develop And Implement Effective Total Rewards Strategies.
