As a Total Reward Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees are rewarded fairly and competitively to drive business success.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive total reward strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and supports employee retention and motivation.
  2. Stay up-to-date on market trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to total rewards to ensure the company's offerings are competitive and compliant.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, finance, and leadership, to ensure total reward programs are effectively communicated and understood by employees.
  4. Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of the company's total reward offerings to ensure they are competitive and in line with industry standards.
  5. Manage the company's total reward budget and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on total rewards, providing guidance and support to HR and leadership on compensation, benefits, and other reward programs.
  7. Create and implement policies and procedures related to total rewards to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the company's total reward offerings are cost-effective and high-quality.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of total reward programs and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
  10. Educate and train HR and leadership on total reward programs and their impact on employee satisfaction and engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Total Rewards, Including Compensation, Benefits, And Recognition Programs.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Current Industry Trends And Best Practices In Total Rewards.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Develop And Implement Effective Total Rewards Strategies.
