- Assist with the rehabilitation and recovery of patients by providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, assist with mobility and activities of daily living, and report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare provider.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans to promote optimal recovery and functioning.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, following infection control and safety protocols.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Document patient progress and interventions accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills related to rehabilitation nursing.
