  1. Lead and support the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud system within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business needs.
  3. Develop and maintain technical documentation for the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
  4. Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Oracle HCM Cloud technology.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
  6. Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users to understand and address their needs and concerns.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  8. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the stability and functionality of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
  9. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
  10. Monitor and ensure the security and integrity of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
  11. Participate in regular meetings and updates with the management team to provide progress reports and recommendations.
  12. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in Oracle HCM Cloud technology and make recommendations for its implementation.
  13. Train and mentor new team members on the technical aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud system.
  14. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
  15. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to implement and maintain integrations with other systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Oracle Hcm Cloud: A Senior Technical Specialist At Emerson Electric Should Have A Deep Understanding And Extensive Hands-On Experience With Oracle Hcm Cloud. This Includes Knowledge Of All Modules, Such As Core Hr, Talent Management, Payroll, And Benefits.

  • Strong Technical Background: This Role Requires A Strong Technical Background In Oracle Technologies, Including Sql, Pl/Sql, And Oracle Fusion Middleware. Candidates Should Also Have Experience With Oracle Ebs And Oracle Bi Tools.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Senior Technical Specialist, The Ability To Manage Complex Projects And Deliver Results Within Tight Timelines Is Crucial. This Includes Experience With Project Planning, Resource Allocation, And Risk Management.
