  2. Process quote requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is entered correctly and in a timely manner.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary information and clarify any questions or concerns.
  5. Utilize product knowledge and pricing guidelines to accurately quote products and services.
  6. Collaborate with sales team to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  7. Maintain organized and accurate records of all quotes and customer interactions.

  10. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and confidentiality.
