Regional Support Manager
At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we are looking for a Regional Support Manager to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a passionate, self-driven individual to join us in elevating the Einstein Bros. Bagels experience for customers and team members alike. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in restaurant operations and a proven track record of success in a customer-facing environment.The Regional Support Manager will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to Einstein Bros. Bagels stores in the region. The successful candidate will be able to develop and maintain relationships with store managers and franchisees while staying abreast of the current industry trends.The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to multi-task while still being detail-oriented. The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in restaurant operations as well as a Bachelor's degree or higher. Responsibilities for Regional Support Manager:
