Compensation Analyst

Provide Tier 1 compensation support to employees and business partners, primarily utilizing the ServiceNow ticketing platform. Conduct job analysis and market price new roles or existing roles in new locations for assigned job functions. Conduct annual and ad hoc market analysis to distill insights, convey findings to senior team members. Develop external and internal offer packages based on comp policies. Regular administration and maintenance of compensation dashboards. Document and analyze existing processes and policies, partnering with the team on refinements; make recommendations to improve process efficiency. Audit various data sets on a regular and ad-hoc basis and work with internal partners on any corrections; owns comp related tables in Workday. Perform ad hoc project and program analysis as needed.
