  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive catalog strategy for DoorDash's expansion into new verticals.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the catalog team, including managing a team of analysts and project managers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of the catalog strategy.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the catalog.
  5. Lead the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Monitor and analyze catalog performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to ensure successful execution of the catalog strategy.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate the catalog strategy.
  9. Manage and allocate budget resources for the catalog team and projects.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to foster growth and development, and ensure a high-performing team.
  11. Act as a key liaison between the catalog team and other departments, providing updates and insights to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  12. Drive overall growth and success of DoorDash by leveraging your expertise and insights to contribute to the company's mission.
  13. Handle any escalations or issues related to the catalog, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
