  1. Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
  3. Utilize strong sales techniques to promote and sell products to customers.
  4. Train and develop sales associates on effective sales strategies and product knowledge.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
  6. Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming and positive shopping environment.
  7. Act as a role model for the team by displaying a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Assist in inventory management and restocking of products to ensure adequate stock levels.
  10. Collaborate with store management to implement promotional events and initiatives to drive sales.
  11. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate and promote products to customers.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
  13. Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  14. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and achieve personal and team sales targets.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Dollar General and represent the company in a professional manner.

Job Qualifications
