We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sr. Investor Relations Analyst to join our team at DocuSign! As a member of our Investor Relations team, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute effective investor relations strategies. The successful candidate will have a combination of strong communication skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to providing the highest quality investor service.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should also have a strong understanding of the capital markets, investor relations, and public company best practices. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to communicate effectively, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.If you have a passion for investor relations and want to join our team at DocuSign, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective investor relations strategies in close collaboration with senior leadership.
Monitor and analyze capital markets and investor relations best practices.
Prepare and present financial reports and other investor relations materials to senior leadership.
Respond to investor inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with other departments, including finance, accounting, legal, and marketing, to ensure accurate and timely financial and investor relations information is disseminated.
Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential investors.
Maintain a database of investor contacts and communications.
Assist in the preparation of materials for quarterly earnings calls and other investor events.
Stay informed of regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to investor relations.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
