Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, Including User Research, Information Architecture, And Usability Testing.
Proficiency In Industry-Standard Ux Design Tools Such As Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, And Invision.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Design Teams, Including Ux Designers, Visual Designers, And Front-End Developers.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Defend Design Decisions To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
