DocuSign is looking for a Lead Security Compliance Manager to join our team and help us build a secure, compliant, and reliable digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a passion for security, a commitment to customer success, and a record of driving process improvements.We’re looking for an experienced security professional to lead our security and compliance initiatives. The Lead Security Compliance Manager will play an integral role in our ability to accurately assess and manage risk.This role requires a broad range of security and compliance experience, as well as strong technical and project management skills. The successful candidate must also have a strong understanding of the various security frameworks, regulations, and standards.Qualifications:• 5+ years of hands-on experience in security and compliance in a technology organization• Proven experience with security and compliance frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain security and compliance concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fieldWe’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team and help us keep our digital infrastructure secure and compliant.
