Senior Manager Compliance Advisory

The ideal candidate for this role is a team-oriented leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.The Senior Manager Compliance Advisory will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for the Compliance Advisory team, which is responsible for providing guidance and support to the business on compliance issues related to consumer financial products and services. The Senior Manager will lead the team in evaluating, developing, and monitoring the compliance program, and the successful candidate must have a high level of expertise in consumer financial laws and regulations.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in compliance, legal, or audit at a financial services company, preferably with experience in consumer finance. In addition, the successful candidate should have a strong understanding of consumer financial laws and regulations and the ability to analyze complex regulatory issues. The Senior Manager should also have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
