  1. Provide legal guidance and support to the Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions division of Deutsche Bank.
  2. Lead and manage a team of legal professionals, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex financial transactions and business operations.
  3. Advise and guide clients through various financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets activities.
  4. Analyze legal risks and implications of potential deals, and provide strategic advice to protect the interests of the bank and its clients.
  5. Oversee the drafting and negotiation of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders within the bank to ensure legal compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  7. Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in the financial market to ensure the bank's practices are in line with current laws.
  8. Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and demonstrating exceptional customer service.
  9. Mentor and develop team members, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  10. Drive the growth and success of the firm by actively seeking and pursuing new business opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Background In Investment Banking: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Investment Banking, With A Focus On Capital Markets And Mergers & Acquisitions. This Experience Should Include Working On Complex Transactions And Managing Teams.

  • Proven Track Record In Deal Execution: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Executing Deals, Including Ipos, Debt And Equity Offerings, And M&A Transactions. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Capital Markets And Be Able To Effectively Navigate Complex Deal Structures.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Team Lead, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Bankers. They Should Also Have The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Teams And Departments Within The Bank.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: This Role Requires A High Level Of Communication And Negotiation Skills, As The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Clients, Senior Management, And Other Stakeholders On A Regular Basis. They Should Be Able To Effectively Articulate Complex Financial Concepts And Negotiate Favorable Terms For The Bank And Its Clients.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Environment: Given The Highly Regulated Nature Of The Investment Banking Industry, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Regulatory Environment In Which Deutsche Bank Operates. This Includes Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements, As Well As The Ability To Stay Up-To-Date On Any Changes Or Developments In The Regulatory Landscape.
