- Provide legal guidance and support to the Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions division of Deutsche Bank.
- Lead and manage a team of legal professionals, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex financial transactions and business operations.
- Advise and guide clients through various financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets activities.
- Analyze legal risks and implications of potential deals, and provide strategic advice to protect the interests of the bank and its clients.
- Oversee the drafting and negotiation of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders within the bank to ensure legal compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in the financial market to ensure the bank's practices are in line with current laws.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and demonstrating exceptional customer service.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Strong Background In Investment Banking: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Investment Banking, With A Focus On Capital Markets And Mergers & Acquisitions. This Experience Should Include Working On Complex Transactions And Managing Teams.
Proven Track Record In Deal Execution: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Executing Deals, Including Ipos, Debt And Equity Offerings, And M&A Transactions. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Capital Markets And Be Able To Effectively Navigate Complex Deal Structures.
Leadership Skills: As A Team Lead, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Bankers. They Should Also Have The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Teams And Departments Within The Bank.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: This Role Requires A High Level Of Communication And Negotiation Skills, As The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Clients, Senior Management, And Other Stakeholders On A Regular Basis. They Should Be Able To Effectively Articulate Complex Financial Concepts And Negotiate Favorable Terms For The Bank And Its Clients.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Environment: Given The Highly Regulated Nature Of The Investment Banking Industry, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Regulatory Environment In Which Deutsche Bank Operates. This Includes Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements, As Well As The Ability To Stay Up-To-Date On Any Changes Or Developments In The Regulatory Landscape.
