  1. Provide support for all HR operations in both English and German language.

  3. Communicate with employees and stakeholders in both languages to address any HR-related queries or concerns.

  5. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  6. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure seamless operations and process improvements.
  7. Stay up-to-date with HR policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  8. Create and maintain HR reports and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In English And German: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Both English And German, As The Role Involves Interacting With Employees And Stakeholders From Different Regions.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Operations: A Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes, Policies, And Procedures Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Handling Employee Data, Payroll, Benefits, And Other Hr Tasks.
