- Greet and welcome guests as they enter Dave & Buster's with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring efficient and timely service.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
- Follow company procedures and protocols to uphold the highest level of customer service.
- Proactively anticipate and address guest needs and requests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for private parties and special events.

- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and changes.
