- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote and sell event spaces and packages.
- Plan and execute events at the venue according to client needs and budget.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and successful event execution.
- Conduct site visits and provide detailed information to clients about event spaces and packages.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all event inquiries and requests.
- Create and maintain event contracts and manage all necessary event paperwork.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve event sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all event guests.
- Maintain accurate records of event sales and effectively communicate with management on progress and challenges.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote and advertise events and packages.
- Attend networking events and actively participate in community outreach to promote the venue and attract potential clients.
- Train and supervise event staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of the venue.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Vendors.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Event Sales Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Event Planning And Execution, Including Catering, Av Equipment, And Logistics.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals, With A Strong Understanding Of Budgeting And Revenue Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Hospitality, Or A Related Field Preferred.
