- Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate company updates, sales targets, and provide feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other shift supervisors and store management to ensure consistency in operations and customer service across all shifts.
- Act as a role model and mentor to team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Assist in the hiring process, including interviewing and onboarding of new team members.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve store operations and customer experience.
- Uphold the CVS Health values and mission to improve the lives of our customers.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Previous Supervisory Experience In A Retail Or Customer Service Setting.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written.
Knowledge Of Cvs Health Policies And Procedures, As Well As Industry Regulations.
