
Private Equity Tax Senior Manager
At Crowe, we’re looking for a highly-motivated individual to join our team as a Private Equity Tax Senior Manager. The role requires a creative problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for taxes.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in private equity tax, preferably with a Big 4 accounting firm. They should be well-versed in the technical aspects of tax preparation and compliance, including income tax, alternative investment fund, and state and local taxes. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you think you have the qualifications and skills to succeed in this role, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and advice on private equity tax matters to clients.
- Prepare and review complex income tax returns and other tax compliance documents.
- Develop effective tax planning strategies for clients.
- Research and analyze complex tax issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Maintain client relationships through regular communication and updates.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on topics related to private equity tax.
- Train and mentor junior tax professionals.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures for private equity tax services.
- Participate in business development activities, such as proposal development and client presentations.
