A Valid Phlebotomy Technician Certification From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Laboratory Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Phlebotomy Techniques, Including Venipuncture And Capillary Puncture.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Patients And Healthcare Professionals.
Proficiency In Using Equipment And Technology Related To Phlebotomy, Such As Blood Collection Tubes, Needles, And Centrifuges.
