We are seeking a Clinical Quality Director to join our team and lead our clinical quality efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance in our clinical trials, ensuring the safety and efficacy of our clients' products.   1. Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with global regulations and standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.
  2. Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity.
  3. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization, promoting a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality strategies and initiatives that support the overall business goals and objectives.
  5. Conduct regular audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with internal procedures and external regulations, and develop corrective and preventive action plans as needed.
  6. Oversee the development and maintenance of quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries from clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
  8. Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality in clinical research, and proactively identify opportunities for process and system enhancements.
  9. Partner with senior leadership to develop and manage the quality budget, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources to support quality efforts.
  10. Serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing strategic input and recommendations to influence decision-making and drive business success.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Public Health.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Clinical Quality Or Compliance Department.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Current Regulatory And Industry Standards, Including Fda Regulations, Ich Guidelines, And Gcp Principles.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
