Job Description

Welcome to Costco Wholesale! We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Stocker. As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are fully stocked with high-quality products for our valued members. Our ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.   1. Responsible for restocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure shelves are fully stocked with high-quality products to meet customer demands.
  3. Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor product levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  5. Accurately and efficiently handle and stock merchandise, including heavy and bulky items.
  6. Assist customers with locating products and provide exceptional customer service.
  7. Follow company safety procedures and policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  9. Continuously monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock accordingly.
  10. Assist in receiving and unloading merchandise shipments.
  11. Follow proper lifting and safety protocols when handling merchandise.
  12. Proactively identify and report any damaged or defective products to management.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures for inventory control and loss prevention.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and guidelines, including dress code and attendance.
  15. Take initiative to complete tasks without direct supervision and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  16. Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  17. Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records and participate in regular inventory counts.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
