1. Manage and service a portfolio of SBA loans for small businesses, ensuring compliance with SBA regulations and guidelines.
2. Review loan documents and perform loan servicing activities, such as payment processing, loan modifications, and escrow management.
3. Conduct thorough analysis of borrower financial statements and credit information to determine loan eligibility and risk.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to small business clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
5. Monitor loan covenants and ensure timely and accurate reporting to the SBA and other regulatory bodies.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and credit analysis, to ensure timely and accurate loan processing and servicing.
7. Keep up-to-date with changes in SBA regulations and guidelines and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
8. Identify and communicate potential areas of risk within the loan portfolio and take appropriate actions to mitigate risk.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of procedures and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of loan servicing operations.
10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of SBA regulations and guidelines and loan servicing best practices.
11. Maintain accurate and organized loan files and records in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
12. Collaborate with other team members to achieve department and bank goals and objectives.
13. Represent the bank in a professional manner and promote a positive image in the community.
