Senior Project Specialist, HR Operations

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Project Specialist to join the HR Operations team at Comcast. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills who is passionate about driving HR initiatives.To be successful in this role, the Senior Project Specialist should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of five years of experience in a project specialist or similar role, and an in-depth knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices. The Senior Project Specialist should also be an outstanding communicator, able to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and teams, and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.We are looking for someone with a positive outlook and a proactive approach who is excited to contribute to the overall success of the HR Operations team.
