  5. Monitor and report on performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align growth strategies with overall business goals.
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of growth operations professionals.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support growth initiatives.
  11. Communicate and present growth strategies and results to senior leadership.
  12. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives.
  13. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and target market.
  14. Continuously evaluate and adjust growth strategies based on market changes and competition.

  • Proven Leadership Skills: The Senior Manager, Growth Ops Should Have Demonstrated Leadership Ability, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire A Team, Set Strategic Direction, And Drive Results.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Requires A Candidate With Exceptional Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Growth Opportunities, Evaluate Market Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Leader, The Candidate Is Expected To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders, Build Relationships, And Influence Decision-Making.

  • Experience In The Telecommunications Industry: Knowledge And Understanding Of The Telecommunications Industry, Specifically The Cable And Internet Services Sector, Is A Key Qualification For This Role. Previous Experience In A Similar Role At A Telecommunications Company Is Highly Desirable.
