
Manager, Supply Chain Strategy & PMO

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals to execute on strategic initiatives and drive efficiency and innovation.
- Identify and assess supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity of operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage large-scale supply chain projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget and scope.
- Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain management, providing guidance and support to other departments and teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for implementing new strategies and technologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Serve as a strong leader, providing direction, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance and operations, to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on supply chain performance to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to supply chain management.
- Support the development and maintenance of the supply chain budget.
- Regularly evaluate and assess supply chain processes and systems, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Forecasting.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain Strategies, Processes, And Best Practices, As Well As Experience Implementing And Improving Them.
