- Lead and manage the retail team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase market share for the Xfinity Mobile brand.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for retail team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about Xfinity Mobile products and services.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the retail team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make informed decisions and drive innovation.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and operational metrics to senior management.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of retail team members.
- Develop and manage the retail budget, including expenses and resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning within the retail team.
- Represent Comcast and the Xfinity Mobile brand at industry events and conferences.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With Experience In Managing A Team Of Retail Employees.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Xfinity Mobile Products, Services, And Operations.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Revenue Targets.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Resolve Any Issues.
