Job Description

As a Manager of Human Resources at Comcast, you will be the leader of a team responsible for the strategic and operational HR functions for the organization. You will be an ambassador for the Comcast culture and a mentor to the HR team, helping to ensure that all HR objectives are met.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in a large, fast-paced environment. You must have a track record of developing and maintaining successful relationships with internal partners, as well as a deep understanding of HR best practices. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.We’re looking for a passionate, driven leader and strategic thinker who is excited about the opportunity to make a positive impact on the way we do business.
