Job Description

Comcast is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in various stages of litigation, including case preparation, document management, and trial support. We are looking for an individual with a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for the legal field.   1. Support attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case preparation, document management, and trial support.
  2. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to assist in case strategy and preparation.
  3. Organize and maintain case files, documents, and other important information in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence, under the guidance of attorneys.
  5. Communicate effectively with internal and external parties, including clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  6. Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
  7. Assist with the preparation of exhibits, trial binders, and other materials for court appearances.
  8. Conduct factual investigations and assist with the development of case theories.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  10. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments to ensure accurate and effective support.
  11. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure consistent and efficient workflow.
  12. Utilize electronic document management systems and other legal software to manage and organize case materials.
  13. Prepare and submit expense reports and other administrative tasks as needed.
  14. Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of the legal team.
  15. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  16. Represent Comcast in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  17. Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to clients.
  18. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  19. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys or management.

Job Qualifications
